OPINION

BOURCIER, Justice.

Following his convictions, after a Superi- or Court jury trial, on one count of first-degree murder and one count of carrying a pistol without a license, and after sentence and final judgment entered thereon, the defendant, Marc Gomes (Gomes), appeals to this Court, seeking reversal of his convictions and a new trial.
