DIES, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling the plea of privilege of appellants Otis Hampton and wife. The parties will be referred to as in the trial court.

Plaintiff Atlas Subsidiaries of Texas, Inc., brought suit in Dallas County on a promissory note payable in Dallas County, Texas, and also to foreclose a mortgage lien for improvements to property situated in Smith County, Texas.
