Case Summary
Herbert Smith appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants Lake County (“the County”) and clerk of the Lake Superior Court (“the Clerk”) on the basis that Smith’s claim regarding the enforcement of Indiana Code Section 35-33-8.5-4 is barred by res judicata.
