Stephen G. Walker appeals from an order barring his motion to set aside a stipulation and settlement. The trial court determined that ten of his twelve claims were based on fraud of an adverse party and were therefore time barred. The trial court further concluded that § 806.07(2), Stats., only allows an independent action that alleges a fraud on the court; since Walker did not allege fraud on the court, an independent action was not available to him.
