OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Raymond J. Masek, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Theodore Marroulis, and dismissal, pursuant to Civ.R. 12(B)(6), on his claim against appellees, Robert N. Rapp and Scott C. Matasar. We affirm the judgment of the court below.
