¶1 — Blanca Ortiz and Universal Frozen Foods (UFF) appeal from an order finding that benefits were overpaid as the result of a retroactive pension benefit, but not requiring the Department of Labor and Industries (DLI) to repay the sum it overpaid Ms. Ortiz. Concluding that the statutes authorize the action and DLI caused the loss in question because it should have known that Ms. Ortiz already had received time loss benefits, we reverse.
