This matter came on for consideration of plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment (doc. 16), in which she seeks summary judgment in her favor for declaratory and injunctive relief pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., because the pleadings, admissions, answers to interrogatories, and affidavits in support of her motion indicate that there is no genuine issue of material fact, and that plaintiff is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
