This was an action on the case commenced by the appellee, by her next friend, in the circuit court of McLean county, against the appellant, to recover damages for an injury to her person alleged to have been sustained by her while riding upon a turn-table located in the railroad yards of the appellant, in the city of Bloomington, in said county, which turn-table had been set in motion by other children about the age of the appellee with whom she was playing in and about said turn-table at the time she was injured.
