delivered the opinion of the court.

On August 2, 1930, appellee .was driving his automobile upon the State Hard Road Route 4 and at Benld, Illinois, his car struck and killed John Hurzon, Jr., a boy about seven and a half years of age. This suit was brought to recover for the death of the child. The declaration contained two counts charging ordinary negligence and a third count charging wanton and wilful negligence. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of appellee.
