Appellant Leslie Thacker has attempted to appeal from a summary judgment adverse to her litigious position. Appellee Bernice Thacker filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction. The motion is premised on the grounds that appellant’s notice of appeal and appeal bond were not filed timely. Appellant joined the issue.
