Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (R. Goldberg, J.), rendered February 24, 1993, convicting him of murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, and attempted robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
