SPRIZZO, District Judge:

This is a prisoner civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, has filed motions for: (1) summary judgment; (2) leave to file a supplemental complaint; (3) jury trial; and (4) a preliminary injunction. Defendants have moved for judgment on the pleadings or, in the alternative, for summary judgment in their favor, and have supported their motion with affidavits and documentary exhibits. 1 In accordance with Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c), this Court will exercise its discretion in favor of receiving defendants’…
