Pro se plaintiff Raffaele M. Pandozy (“Pandozy”) brought this action against Lawrence M. Segan (“Segan”), Brock Wy-lan (“Wylan”), Margaret B. Sandercock (“Sandercock”), Lafayette Studios Corp. (“Lafayette”), William B. Beekman (“Beekman”), and Michael Tobey (“To-bey”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging fraud upon the court and violations of the Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
