Consolidated plaintiffs Marvin L. Morris and Gloria Bolanos Pons and Aitor Rodriguez Soria bring actions against defendant People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) seeking to recover on defaulted bonds issued by the PRC’s predecessor government in 1913.
