William Thilges appeals the judgment dividing property at the termination of his relationship with Bobbie Foster. William Thilges and Bobbie Foster began living together at Foster's home in early 1975. The next year Thilges moved into Foster's home on a full-time basis where they resided until they built a new home in 1979. Beginning in 1977, they established joint bank accounts.
