OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Gus Macauly, Jr., was convicted by a jury of manslaughter. Superior Court Judge Beverly W. Cutler sentenced Macauly to a presumptive term of five years. Macauly appeals, contending that the superior court erred in failing to suppress evidence of an involuntary confession and in instructing the jury that intoxication could be inferred from a blood alcohol content of .10 percent or greater. Macauly also challenges his sentence, asserting that the court erred in rejecting the claim that his conduct was among the least serious within the definition of manslaughter. We…
