Appeal from First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo; John R. Land, Judge. Suit by Henry M. Russell and others against the Producers’ Oil Company and another. From a judgment for defendants, plaintiffs appeal.

The proceedings and the issues involved in this case are fully stated •in an opinion delivered by the Chief Justice October 18, 1915, and reported in 138 La. at page 184, 70 South. 92.
