This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Common Pleas Court of Mercer County upon a jury’s verdict finding defendant-appellant, Guy Elliott, guilty of murder in violation of R.C. 2903.02. ■

Appellant, along with Christopher A Van Wormer and Brian Helms, was indicted by the Hardin County Grand Jury in July 1992 on charges of aggravated murder in violation of R.C. 2903.01(B) and aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(2).
