OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

WHITE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of phenylacetone. The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment and a $100,000.00 fine. The Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas affirmed appellant’s conviction on direct appeal. Hass v. State, No. 05-87-00206-CR, January 22, 1988.
