These appeals are from orders of the Court , of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, refusing the motions of Catherine Geris, executrix of the Estate of Gus Geris, the appellant, for judgment non obstante veredicto and for a new trial.

Verdicts having been rendered in favor of appellees, George J. Pauli, individually, and as administrator of the Estate of Clara Pauli, deceased, Richard J. Meyers and Antoinetta Pisano, the testimony must be read in a light most favorable to them and all conflicts resolved in their favor.
