Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment for $2,079.97 damages, alleged to have been sustained by appellee, R. W. Jones, because of the failure of thé appellant, G-. S. Patterson, to comply with a contract for the purchase of a tract of land near Louisville, Ky.
