The suit is on two promissory notes. After appearance and plea by defendants, plaintiff had summary judgment. The judgment was set aside on the application of defendants Wuerth and Conlin, and Wuerth and Baumgartner filed amended pleas and notices, claiming fraud in securing their signatures. On trial, verdict was directed against defendant Conlin, and the jury found in favor of the other defendants. Plaintiff’s motions for directed verdict and judgment non obstante were denied.
