Defendant Guild Properties, Inc. moved herein to dismiss the three causes of action set forth in the original complaint upon the ground that the same did not set forth facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action; to dismiss the first cause of action on the additional ground that it did not accrue within the time limited by law for the commencement of an action; and to drop Nathan Slud as a party plaintiff under rule 102 of the Rules of Civil Practice.
