MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
This is the second opinion this Court is issuing today in this case. In its initial opinion (“Roselawn I”) this Court determined that it has jurisdiction to preside over the consolidated cases which have been filed as a result of the tragic crash of American Eagle Flight 4184. This opinion (“Roselawn II”) 1 involves serious ethical issue which will often be confronted by plaintiffs’ attorneys who seek to aggressively represent their clients.
