MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEYS, United States Magistrate Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion For Protective Order and Plaintiffs Motion to File Second Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. For the following reasons, Defendant’s motion is granted in part and denied in part, and Plaintiffs motion is granted.
