Plaintiff Peter Loftin brings this proposed class action against defendants Flag Telecom Holding Group, Ltd. (“Flag”), Sa-lomon Smith Barney, Inc. n/k/a Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. (“Citigroup” or the “underwriter”), Verizon Communications, Inc.
