Plaintiff appeals as of right a final order of the circuit court which affirmed a decision of a Michigan Department of Social Services administrative law judge. This decision, in turn, had held that plaintiff’s initial application for Aid to Dependent Children (ADC), MCLA 400.56; MSA 16.456, was correctly denied on the basis that plaintiff was not a resident of Michigan at the time of application.
