Appellee Jax Beer Company of Waco, Texas, filed this proceeding on Oct. 11, 19S4, against appellant Union and certain of its members, alleging in sworn pleadings, in substance, that it is a corporation lawfully engaged in the sale, delivery and distribution of beer in McLennan County and that defendants, appellants here, have been acting in concert with each other and others unknown in the commission of offenses and other conduct which has been ratified, acquiesced in and condoned by the Union and its agents; that it employs four regular driver-salesmen, one…
