On June 12, 2009, Plaintiffs Cynthia Libonati, Victoria Witte, and Dorothy Sack erman (“Plaintiffs”) filed a Petition to Caveat in the Orphans’ Court for Baltimore City claiming that the purported Last Will and Testament of Richard Sackerman (“Decedent”), dated December 28, 2008, is invalid.
