This is an action for a declaratory judgment, instituted by the Edison Oyster Company, Incorporated, a corporation, against the Pioneer Oyster Company, a corporation, Alfred H. Lundin and wife, Ben F. Nauman and wife, A. E. Shulz, Anna Shulz, and Rupert H. Bailey and wife. It was started in 1943 for the purpose of requiring the defendants to appear and assert what, if any, right, title, or interest they claim in and to certain oysters which plaintiff was removing from certain tidelands in Padilla bay; and to obtain a decree determining, establishing, and declaring the rights of the parties to…
