THIS IS a business reorganization case instituted by Pal Transport, Inc. (Pal), the Plaintiff involved in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. Pal filed this action against All Florida Recovery Agency, Inc. (All Florida), D.H. Pearson (Pearson), James Detzel (Detzel) and Paccar Financial Corp. (Paccar).
