MEMORANDUM OPINION
EISELE, Chief District Judge.
Pending before the Court is an appeal from a judgment for civil contempt and a certification for criminal contempt entered on June 2, 1982, by Judge Baker of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. The judgment and certification arise out of a complex series of proceedings involving the Cox Cotton Company bankruptcies.
