*1492Appeal from a resentence of the Onondaga County Court (Joseph E. Fahey, J.), rendered November 3, 2011. Defendant was resentenced upon his conviction of murder in the second degree (two counts), assault in the first degree, robbery in the first degree (eight counts), burglary in the second degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
