SINGLETON, District Judge.

This cause was removed from the 165th District Court of Harris County, Texas on the basis of diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1441 (1966). It is now before this Court on plaintiff’s motion to remand for lack of the requisite diversity of citizenship.. The County of Harris (hereinafter referred to as the County), a body corporate and politic existing under the laws of the State of Texas, and a political subdivision of the State of Texas, brought suit in state court to enforce the provisions of the Clean Air Act of Texas…
