James M. Murphy and Patricia A. Murphy bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order dissolving a temporary injunction. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(4) (Vernon Supp. 2000) (authorizing interlocutory appeal from an order granting a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction).
