This matter came before the Court for an evidentiary hearing on June 17, 2010 upon the Trustee’s Amended Application for Turnover [DE 76] (the “Motion”) filed by Michael R. Bakst (the “Trustee”). In the Motion, the Trustee requests turnover of funds received by Steven Allen Rogove (the “Debtor”) as distributions from the Roslyn Rogove Special Needs Trust in the aggregate amount of $40,500.00.
