TOUSSAINT, Chief Judge.
Appellant Ruth Ann Ramsay challenges the district court’s award of approximately $46,000 in restitution, particularly its allowance of approximately $42,000 in attorney fees that were incurred in a civil action brought by appellant’s former employer, Minnesota Eyecare Network, Inc., against appellant for conversion of corporate funds.
