WALTERS, Chief Judge.
We are asked in this case to determine the liability of a real estate vendor for payment of a broker’s commission when the purchaser produced by the broker defaults on the land sale contract after the transaction is closed. The broker brought the purchasers and sellers together, and they entered into an agreement by which the purchasers obligated themselves to pay for the property over a period of two years.
