This action was commenced in the district court of Love county by J. G. Ward, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Blanche Ward, Paul Burgess, and the First National Bank of Marietta.
Plaintiff in substance alleged that defendant Blanche Ward is the widow of B. E. Ward, deceased; that B. E. Ward was plaintiff’s brother; that plaintiff and B. E. Ward, by oral agreement, formed a partnership in the State of Arkansas about the year 1922, for the purpose of carrying on a wholesale meat business, and that from time to time the business was expanded to include wholesale and retail meat…
