This matter is before the court upon Defendant Baldwin & Baldwin, LLP’s (“Defendant” or “Baldwin firm”) Motion to Dismiss. A hearing was held on July 26, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. 1 For the reasons set forth herein, the court denies Defendant’s motion but transfers the case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
