¶ 1. Jason M. Jacobs was found guilty of homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited *148alcohol concentration and with a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance contrary to Wis. Stat. § 940.09(l)(am) and (b) (2009-10)1 after he ran a stop sign and collided with another car on November 14, 2008. He argues that the trial court wrongfully denied his motion to suppress the blood test results because he did not voluntarily give his consent.
