THIS CAUSE is before the court on the petition of plaintiff Nikolaas “Kallie” Knoetze for a permanent injunction. Plaintiff, the number-two ranked heavyweight challenger in the world and a native of South Africa, seeks a permanent injunction against the revocation of his visa by the Secretary of State, Cyrus Vance.
