The appellant/plaintiff in a professional-negligence action challenges the summary judgment granted in favor of appellees/defendants—a law firm and an individual attorney. The outcome for the law firm turns on whether there is any summary-judgment evidence upon which the trial court could have relied in granting summary judgment.
