MEMORANDUM RULING
STAGG, District Judge.
This is an action for a declaratory judgment and damages arising from a denial of insurance coverage. Joslyn Manufacturing Company (“Joslyn”), a Massachusetts corporation, filed this action against its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty Mutual”), an Illinois corporation.
