Complainant’s plant is situated adjacent to and west of defendant’s railway, between Liberty and Washington streets, in the city of Ann Arbor. At the time this suit was commenced, access was obtained to complainant’s property by a way extending from that property, across defendant’s right of way, to First street, the nearest street to the east. Defendant proposed to make certain changes in its track which would interrupt and destroy this way.
