The plaintiff, Kevin Riley, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Melvin Pierson and Virginia Pierson, in an action arising out of his repayment of a promissory note. The court denied the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment with respect to the plaintiffs claims of breach of contract, unjust enrichment and quantum meruit, and rendered summary judgment in the defendants’ favor on their special defense of accord and satisfaction.
