I agree wholeheartedly with the court’s decision to recall the mandate and reappoint the Masters; however, I write separately to address the separation-of-powers issues raised in the dissenting opinions. The separation-of-powers doctrine is set forth in Ark. Const, art. 4, §§ 1 and 2, as follows:
