This action was brought by Robert A. Haner, d/b/a Double Bar Ranch, against Quincy Farm Chemicals, Inc., for damages resulting from the purchase of defective seed wheat causing crop loss.1 Quincy Farms denied liabil*95ity and filed a third party complaint against Columbia Producers, Inc., for indemnity, alleging it was merely a conduit for the seed supplied by Columbia.
