Denton County v. Tarrant County

ANNE GARDNER, Justice.

Appellee Tarrant County filed a motion to dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction because appellant Denton County is attempting to appeal from a nonappealable order. We agree and dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.

In 1997, Tarrant County sued Denton County under chapter 72 of the Texas Local Government Code to establish their common boundary line. See Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Ann. § 72.009(a) (Vernon 1999).
