I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs (the “Motion”) filed by Bernadette Furtado (“Furtado”). Furtado seeks an order from this Court requiring Codefendant, Roger W. Amaral (the “Defendant” or the “Debt- or”), to pay her attorney’s fees and costs associated with her defense of this adversary proceeding in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7054(b).
